Due to the increased volume of traffic through USPS due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing challenges in recording tracking numbers for all packages. With the high volume of orders through USPS, they are not consistently updating shipping or tracking information as they normally do for all packages.
If you do not see a tracking number or if it shows your package is in “pre-shipment”, it doesn’t mean your order has not been shipped.Please be patient, as most packages arrive without this notice being updated.
